NYS has legalized marijuana but it's not available in dispensaries to purchase and most likely won't be available until the end of 2023. Even then the market will favor medical vs recreational. Since MMJ has expanded in NYS, more MMJ patients can benefit from the following:
* Lower age restrictions
* Purchase at dispensaries now
* Lower costs
* Symptom relief
* Stronger potency
* Higher Possession Limits, Purchase Limits, & Ability to Grow More Marijuana
* Stronger legal protection
* Traveling out of state is easier
